When will my order be shipped?
Once your order has been placed on our online store, our team will prepare it as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been prepared and is ready to leave our warehouse.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery within 1 to 2 business days on average (excluding remote areas). Depending on the time of order and location, your order will be delivered by our delivery team or a carrier such as: Purolator, Canpar, UPS. However, some unexpected delays on the part of carriers may occur.
